Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Process

All cancellations must be made in email format to ensure proper documentation and processing.

Cancellation at least 45 Days Prior to Arrival Date: No charge
Cancellation between 45 Days and 30 Days Prior to Arrival Date: 25% of tour fare charged
Cancellation between 30 Days and 15 Days Prior to Arrival Date: 50% of tour fare charged
Cancellation between 15 Days and 10 Days Prior to Arrival Date: 75% of tour fare charged
Cancellation Less Than 10 Days Prior to Arrival Date: 100% of tour fare charged

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within a certain timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Check your bank account again to ensure the refund has not been credited.
Contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is reflected in your account.
