Reservation Confirmation
Upon confirmation of any package or group request, 50% of the tour package cost is required immediately to secure all the respective services.
Payment Schedule
- 15 Days Prior to Arrival Date: The remaining 50% of the tour package cost is required.
- For FIT Accommodation, Air Ticketing, Land Transportation, Houseboat, or Cruise Services, 100% of the total cost must be paid at the time of confirmation.
Payment Notification
All payments must be notified via email, with attached transaction details, to ensure accurate record-keeping and confirmation of payment.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are subject to change at the time of booking, in accordance with the policies of hotels, airlines, and high season demands.
Credit Facility
We do not offer any credit facilities. All payments must be made in accordance with the specified payment schedule to secure bookings and services.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
